South Korea looks to capture Ferrari
Following the success of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, officials in Paju, South Korea, have announced their intentions to develop a similar Formula 1-themed amusement park and entertainment destination.
"[South] Korea is in a strategically important point in Far East Asia, and Paju is the perfect place to host Ferrari World in terms of location," said Paju city mayor, Lee In-Jae. Ferrari, the exclusive intellectual property licence holder for the park, has agreed to evaluate details of the southern South Korean city's master plan to develop the area into a tourist hub. |
