Plaudits for EAG 2012

As the third annual EAG International Expo drew to a close last month, the event organisers reported satisfaction at what was perceived as "another great performance".

EAG International Expo chairman Martin Burlin explained: "I couldn't be happier with the outcome of EAG International 2012. The show looked stunning, build up and operations were smooth and stress free, and ExCeL has proved once again that it is a world-class venue."

"Kevin Weir of Electrocoin told me that they had a busy first day and a terrific response to their Vegas Strip title. Whittaker Brothers also reported taking good orders on the first day of the show, as did Sound Leisure."

Burlin added: "Innovative Leisure's Phil Pickersgill confirmed that they had more than doubled the number of enquiries over last year and that there had been a good mix of UK based and overseas visitors.

"These are just a few of the stories I have heard and I am sure that we will see more in the trade press over the coming weeks."
