The large-scale Funtura family entertainment centre has opened its doors at Donetsk City Mall, Ukraine.

Developed by KCC Entertainment Design, Funtura is the largest FEC of its kind in the eastern European country.

The 10,000sq.m venue hosts more than 25 rides and attractions ranging from a 1,000sq.m ice rink; a half pipe attraction which is one of the first in the world; air borne shot; sidewinder; 5Di interactive theatre; archery area; mini bowling; a jollyjumper; rotating drop tower; gyroloop; air bumper cars; carousel; kids bumper cars; an FX simulator; and various novelty and redemption games.

The theming developed by KCC tells the story about a tropical island that becomes a new civilization when it meets an ice boulder.
