Praesepe enters FEC arena
UK gaming group Praesepe has completed its third acquisition in four months with the GBP6.3m purchase of four family entertainment centres and nine adult gaming centres from Case Concepts.
The AGC sites will be re-branded under Praesepe's Cashino banner, while the FEC sites, which include Weston-Super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset and Ilfracombe in Devon, will continue to trade under their current brand names while they are assimilated into the group.
This latest acquisition takes the number of Praesepe-owned sites to 54, expanding the group's geographical reach into south-west England and representing the company's first involvement with the FEC sector.
