Margate amusement plans unveiled
Plans have been unveiled for a £12m heritage amusement park in Margate, Kent.
The plans will see the former Dreamland park on Margate seafront redeveloped to house vintage fairground rides salvaged from around the UK.
The proposed heritage centre, which would be the first of its kind in the world, will include 15 historic rides, including replicas of the Caterpillar and water chute attractions once popular at the park before the closure process began in 2003.
