New horizons for RoboCoaster

RIGHT
RoboCoaster Ltd. is broadening its horizons this year with new, innovative ride technologies which are set to make a big impact on the FEC sector.

The UK-based company, formed in 2000, is already at the forefront of cutting edge ride products along with its partners Dynamic Structures Ltd., based in Vancouver. Now they have set their sights on the growing mid-size market, as well as maintaining their current customer base in the theme park industry.

Cassie De-Gol, from RoboCoaster, said: “The latest incarnation of the robot has been designed specifically with our FEC clients in mind. The RCX programme offers a compact, high technology option for venues where space is limited. It is the perfect attraction for the family entertainment environment as it allows younger or more nervous riders the chance to enjoy the experience too, because all ride programmes have their own character and strength.”

The company has also recently launched the SNX6 AGV Programme, which is armed with amazing high-speed dynamics including spins, skids, slides, floating, hovering and point of view profiles.
“The SNX6 now encompasses the use of the SNOX Wheel,” said De-Gol. “The embedded rollers within the wheel allow smooth, instantaneous and quiet motion in all directions. By programming the wheels to spin in a variety of oppositional directions, the ride vehicle can achieve even more dynamic motions than ever before, with completely unexpected show effects.”
