Refund policy
Only refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will be considered. Upgrades and trial extensions are non-refundable.

Before contacting Interpark Magazine you will need:
- The reference number for your purchase, found on the e-mailed receipt;
- Your name, contact details and mailing address; and
- A brief comment on why you would like to be refunded.
Your request will typically be processed within 28 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim (i.e. the price paid less shipping and local taxes) will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
